As recently as March this year, The English language is not an official language of
New Zealand
Australia
USA
Or The United Kingdom
(And I’ll think you work out, it’s not official in Canada either after reading below)
In all of these ‘ land masses ‘ English is a ‘defacto’ language. (In practice- not the main event)
Not dejure.(Lawful) ‘law of the land’
Therefore, any and all contracts in english on the land masses above are.....

Why? How can that be???
Because they were all written in an unofficial language. (And still is unofficial)
It has no standing in lawful law of the land at all.
That is why, the English language has never been official. Because it can’t be.
