I've heard about this before. I've often wondered about it myself. More than a decade ago I started noticing that even in Canada, whether you're calling a bank or Walmart for customer service, you have to "press 1 for English", and the recorded voices always have a French or Latin accent. I speak fluent English and live in a primarily English speaking country, so why do I have to "press 1 for English"? A close friend of mine was born and raised in Quebec. The family background is Italian, so French was always a challenge to them. They were already speaking English when they came to Canada, so they were surprised about the French language being shoved down their throats. Her family has been in Canada for 60+ years, and as of now they can be ticketed and even arrested for not speaking French in certain places. A few years back my friend found herself at the mercy of the French language bylaw in an ER, and damn near lost her life over it. No one would have anything to do with her once they realized her French was lacking. Anyhow, I have lots of French language stories in Canada, but that one is closest to me. I won't even go to Quebec because I know I'd end up in jail, and for more than not complying with a language bylaw. Aside from that, I do believe that the English language is largely a spell casting language. But I also believe that intention is everything. There's a difference between telling someone to fuck off out of anger, vs in jest.

Excellent summary. Thank ye.

Rebutting their many presumptions in their courts is a challenge.

A. They dismiss all lodgements

B. If ye speak they shout ye down and lock ye in a cell.

Sadly the entire system is lawless and corrupt.

Our only hope is Truth shall set us free.

I Am. That I Am.
